Products

Beef - Sourced locally by ourselves, direct off Anglesey farms, the quality of our beef speaks for itself. We mainly select grass-fed Welsh Blacks and Welsh Black crosses. The beef is then hanged for at least 3 weeks which enhances the flavour and tenderness.

Lamb - All of our lambs are sourced by us, direct off Anglesey farms. Grazing the lush Anglesey pastures all-year-round, our lambs vary throughout the year - from the large, meaty lowland types to the Welsh mountain breed later on in the year.

Pork - We source our pork every week from the same farm. Traditionally reared, the pigs are fed on a diet of whey & barley, adding extra succulence and flavour. We opt for gilts (females) only, which add to the overall quality of the meat.

Bacon - Our award-winning bacon is a sweet/dry-cured recipe packed with flavour. We don't inject it with water so you're assured no shrivel - just sizzle! We offer a range of cuts including middle cut, back bacon, streaky bacon and long back bacon. We also offer home dry sweet-cured hams which we roast and finish with breadcrumbs. These joints are available sliced or as full joints.
