
Valley Butchers is a traditional family butchers offering a traditional service and superb quality products. Located on the beautiful rural isle of Anglesey, off the North West coast of Wales, we've come to appreciate the traditional farming techniques of the island's farmers, using only traditional British breeds of livestock. This gives our meat (which is all hand-picked by ourselves) a flavour all of its own - a flavour that has won us many awards and accolades over the years.
To achieve tenderness, succulence and flavour in all our meats, we use both traditional and modern cutting techniques and mature our carcasses for an optimum amount of time: Beef for 3 - 4 weeks, Lamb for 7 - 10 days & Pigs for 4 - 6 days.
